Milner School of English Wimbledon is located in the centre of Wimbledon, a safe and prosperous London suburb: famous for tennis, its attractive old village, a dynamic town centre and its green open spaces. It is in zone 3 and central London is only 17 minutes away by train.
Established in 1991, Milner School is a small family owned school located in the centre of Wimbledon. We provide personal attention and a friendly, professional atmosphere. We have general English classes (elementary A2 to advanced level C1), Academic English / IELTS, Cambridge Exam Preparation classes plus an English & Tennis programme.
Facilities include a cafeteria, free wifi and self-study area. Students can participate in our free weekly pronunciation classes.
We have a great nationality mix and the average class size is 10 (12-16 maximum).
Homestay accommodation half-board or bed & breakfast, is located in and around Wimbledon. Our homestays are inspected by us, we do not use an agency. We also have a variety of residential accommodation.
Our active social programme includes conversation clubs, excursions and cultural activities. We also offer all students FREE gym membership to the local Leisure Centre, where students can enjoy swimming or the gym.
